You retain ownership of your Contributions. By submitting, you grant SecureTmp.email a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them. You agree not to hold us liable for your Contributions.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or remove Contributions, and to manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functionality.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain effective while you use the Services. We may terminate your access at any time for violations. Termination does not limit our legal remedies.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice and are not liable for interruptions or downtime.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes should first attempt informal negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, will apply, conducted in Bangalore, in English. Exceptions include intellectual property claims or injunctive relief.

12. CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SecureTmp.email harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and policies constitute the entire agreement. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. No partnership or employment relationship is created.
